Responsibilities:
- Prepare & cook food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team
- Collaborate with the Leads and Kitchen Managers to make delicious food that's perfect and tasty
This job is for you if:
- You're a dedicated worker with at least 6 months of experience working as a line cook.
- You're passionate about revolutionizing the restaurant industry.
- You value the highest quality, better-for-you ingredients.
- You have a good foundation in kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
- You love working hard and staying busy in the kitchen.
