We are seeking a Sous Chef/Line Cook to join the Exotic Hibachi team! Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, prepping and assisting Chef prepare high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. You should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you.
You will thrive in a fast-paced and entertaining environment. We want to hire the perfect Sous Chef/Line Cook who’s ready to dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.

Salary: $125.00 - $150.00 per day / $39000-46800 per year

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary prep operations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Cook food with same consistency every time
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, hibachi cooking, or other related fields
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working on a Food Truck
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Flexible availability
