Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency
- Possess strong butchering skills and proficient knife skills
- Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Experience working on the hot line and grill station
- Set up, organize, clean, and sanitize workstations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a varied schedule
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in a full-service restaurant
- Strong butchering skills and proficient knife skills
- Ability to read and execute recipes accurately
- Experience working on the hot line and grill station
- Knowledge of setting up, organizing, and cleaning workstations
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler Certified
- E-Verify participation. EOE, FCO compliant
