Job Summary: Join our culinary team as an experienced and talented Line Cook. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings. If you have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production of meals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper ingredient storage, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Follow food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines for a safe and healthy work environment.
- Support the kitchen staff and ensure customer satisfaction through additional tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, seasoning, and plating.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and menus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- A culinary degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required.
