As a Line Cook, you'll prepare and cook menu items, while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Talkin' Tacos recipes, portions, and quality standards
- Execute food with speed, consistency, and attention to detail during high-volume service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly with kitchen teammates to keep service flowing
- Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and proper food storage to reduce waste and protect freshness
- Support new menu rollouts, features, and specials as needed
- Step up to help teammates and keep the kitchen running strong during busy periods
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-driven kitchen culture
