Job Summary:
As a Line Leader, you will:
- Greet guests and guide their dining experience.
- Serve and prepare food & drinks following Mighty Quinn's unique recipes.
- Operate the POS system and handle payment transactions.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our menu and describe offerings to guests.
- Set up, maintain, and break down service areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide support to both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams, as needed.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for our epic BBQ.
- Willingness to take on various tasks and assist co-workers.
- Uphold high standards with a positive attitude.
- 18 years old
- Food Handlers certificate (or ability to get one before your start date)
- Reliable and punctual.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, and lifting heavy equipment and food product cases.
