Harry’s Hofbrau has been successfully owned and operated by the same family since 1954. We are seeking individuals for a full-time management position to enhance our continuing expanding market share as well as to fulfill your personal goals and aspirations. This job offer is for a full-time, salaried position up to $85K annual pay predicated on experience.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills
- Possess the ability to coach people you are supervising
- Are eager to preside over hiring, scheduling, and training
- Own skills in problem-solving and good decision making
- Have competency to administer day-to-day inventory control and purchasing
- Have skills for team building and collaboration through strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience is preferred but will train the right candidates with great attitudes and a desire to learn.
