Role Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and develop cashiers
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Hold team accountable for their performance in achieving sales goals
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Edit schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Communicating customer feedback by Google and Yelp reviews to drive customer service goals
- Conduct speed audits to improve efficiency
