Position: Prep Cook (“Ninja”)
Our Ninjas are the backbone of the kitchen. In this role, you’ll ensure every ingredient is prepped to perfection so our team can deliver consistently fresh, high-quality meals. If you take pride in your work, move with purpose, and enjoy being part of a team, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Prep with Precision
- Prepare fresh ingredients accurately and efficiently
- Follow recipes and portion standards with consistency
Master the Craft
- Develop and refine knife skills
- Stay up to date on prep techniques and processes
Maintain Quality
- Inspect ingredients to ensure freshness and top quality
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper inventory practices
Own Your Station
- Keep prep areas, coolers, and surfaces clean and organized
- Maintain a safe, health-code-compliant workspace
Support Operations
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Help keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently
