Duties and Responsibilities
As a valued team member, you'll have the chance to engage in various tasks, such as preparing food in the kitchen or assisting customers with their orders through our drive-thru, front counter, McDelivery, mobile app, or kiosks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customers with an exceptional experience that leaves a smile on their faces.
- Welcoming customers with warmth and friendliness.
- Taking accurate food orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Preparing McDonald's World-Famous food, showcasing your culinary skills.
- Collaborating with fellow Crew Members and Managers to meet target goals during your shift.
- Maintaining a visually appealing restaurant environment.
- Ensuring all necessary items are well stocked for seamless operations.
- Fulfilling any additional duties assigned to you.
Role Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Punctuality and reliability to consistently show up for scheduled shifts.
- Physical strength to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to kneel, bend, twist, and reach for items above your head or below your waistline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant.
- Proficiently handle customer orders and process payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
- Ability to comply with Company policies and standards.
Logistics
- Shift times: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am shifts Monday-Sunday
- All shifts, including weekends, are available.
- Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
