Condado: Commissary Picker/Packer - Morning Shift!

Responsibilities:
- Complete daily duties within the assigned time limits for specified tasks.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in multiple areas.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to use a hand jack and electric pallet jack and electric pallet lift, up to 3 stories
- Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry and lift up to 50-75 lbs.
- Work in various temperatures
- Proficient in math skills (multiplication, addition, subtraction
- Utilize downtime to maintain organization and cleanliness of all picking equipment and facilities
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Strong oral and written communication skills (bilingual a plus!)
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Have dependable transportation
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk to 4-8 hours at a time.
- Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, and bending and twisting.
- Team members will frequently push and pull and reach above the shoulder.
- Team members will frequently kneel or squat depending on the station.
- This position will seldom require fine hand manipulation or climb/stairs.
- Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-25 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 25-50 pounds and rarely lift over 50 pounds.
