Under direction of Management this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- This position is responsible for prepping and cooking various dishes in our restaurant as well as assisting in pizza making.
- Some pizza experience is preferred but not required. This is a swing position with mostly fryer and saute duties.
- Ability to work organized and efficiently
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced high volume environment
- Can lead cook team to complete tasks, is able to provide direction and training
- Maintain and abide by County Health/ Sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and being coachable is very important to us
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
- Communicating with management and staff about any issues or concerns that may arise
