Under direction of Management this individual will be responsible for all prepped items in our kitchen including dough and sauces. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- This role includes mixing and portioning dough as well as ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work organized and efficiently
- Preparing sauces, salads, cookies, meatballs and other items with consistent quality
- Early morning start times for dough mixingÂ
- Maintain and abide by County Health/ Sanitation standards
- Keeping dish pit organized and assisting with washing duties as needed
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
- Communicating with management and staff about any issues or concerns that may arise
- Receiving orders and checking for any shorted or subbed items upon delivery
