Prepare foods according to Caruso's specifications.  Tasks will include slicing, dicing, cutting, chopping, mixing, portioning, backing, cooking, etc.  Additionally, Prep cooks are expected to learn to prepare food, do dishes, answer phones, etc to function as a team-player when business volume requires it.  Delivering an incredible Caruso's experience is a total team effort, and though every employee has their primary responsibilities, we all strive to have one another's backs when they need us, including the leadership team.
