Your Role
As a Pro Shop Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face greeting golfers and the go-to person for all things golf-related. From managing inventory and selling merchandise to scheduling tee times and ensuring the shop runs smoothly, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs.
- Sell golf merchandise, equipment, clothing, and accessories.
- Manage inventory and ensure the shop is fully stocked and organized.
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Schedule tee times and manage the tee sheet efficiently.
- Provide information about course rules, regulations, and upcoming events.
- Maintain a clean and professional pro shop environment.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred (bonus points for golf knowledge).
