Responsibilities:

Dining Areas: Clean and sanitize tables, seats, condiment stations, high-touch surfaces, and floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).

Kitchen/Back-of-House: Sanitize food prep surfaces, clean equipment, sweep/mop floors, and manage waste.

Restrooms: Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).

Trash & Waste: Empty all trash receptacles, break down boxes, and manage recycling.

Supply Management: Replenish napkins, utensils, condiments, and cleaning supplies; report low inventory.

Deep Cleaning: Perform weekly/monthly deep cleaning tasks as scheduled (e.g., hoods, vents, floors).

Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or broken equipment.

Support: Assist with other duties like setting tables or supporting kitchen/waitstaff as needed.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Able to work mornings and/or evenings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols (OSHA, HACCP).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends).
- Team player with good communication skills.
