The Restaurant Leader/Manager, reporting to the General Manager, will primarily engage with the community to develop strong relationships with local organizations, companies and educational institutions to promote the Noble Chicken Brand recognition and drive business to the restaurant through catering opportunities, partnerships, and community building events. This role will also be available to work within the restaurant in other roles as trained for and as needed in the front or back of house.


Essential Functions:
  • Able to identify potential customers and build a pipeline of new business development opportunities.
  • Works with General Manager and Local Store Marketing team to develop a plan for and execute local store marketing initiatives.
  • Protects Noble Chicken’s brand equity and value through ensuring consistent messaging of Core Values.
  • Establish and build effective relationships with potential customers within the local community.
  • Able and willing to be trained and participate in filling back of house or front of house needs such as cook, server, host when not working as brand ambassador.
  • Able to take on limited Lead role within the restaurant as needed including opening, closing and leading other team members.
