The Job of the Assistant General Manager is to make guests and staff feel welcome and ensure service is executed perfectly, create a positive culture through teaching, motivating, leading by example, and connecting with staff. Prepare the restaurant for success through effective staffing, facility management (cleanliness, R&M, and organization), and effective ordering. Assist in driving the bottom line through in-store marketing, staff food and beverage knowledge, labor management, and cost control. Lend support to the General Manager and provide mentorship to Restaurant Managers.

Qualifications:
- minimum 3 years working in an full-service, high-volume, upscale casual establishment as a front of house manager
- experience executing private events within the restaurant
- experience hiring and training hourly staff
- full-time availability (no restrictions)
- intermediate food and beverage knowledge
- reliable transportation to and from work
- strong interpersonal skills, particularly with guest interaction and hospitality
