Park Lights Hospitality (PLH) is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant restaurant group with multiple concepts. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
Proven background in elevated service environments
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with the ability to guide guests confidently through the menu
Composure under pressure and the ability to multitask seamlessly
A polished, professional demeanor and commitment to hospitality
Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, attentive service in alignment with PLH's hospitality standards
Build genuine guest connections while guiding the overall dining experience
Work collaboratively with teammates and management to ensure smooth service
Maintain a detailed understanding of menu items, ingredients, and modifications
Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support the flow of the restaurant by anticipating guest and team needs
