We’re looking for full-time Line Cooks (Samurais) who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in their craft, and want more than “just a job.”
⚔️ What You’ll Do
As a Balance Samurai, you’ll be hands-on and in the action:
● Cook proteins, rice, and noodles with speed and precision
● Work the grill, wok, and full cook line
● Assemble bowls and tacos accurately and efficiently
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
● Assist with prep, dishwashing, and station rotation
● Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
● Represent the Balance brand with professionalism and pride
🕒 Schedule & Pay
● Full-time position with open availability or Part-time positions
● Schedules posted 2 weeks in advance
● Starting pay: $13/hr (based on training and availability; If you have open availability, we pay an extra $2 on top of your base pay rate)

● Top performers can earn $23+/hr+ by mastering all kitchen positions

✅ What We’re Looking For
● 18 years or older
● Authorized to work in the U.S.
● Reliable transportation
● At least 6 months of line cook experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant
● No more than 2 jobs in the past 6 months
● Smartphone capable of running work-related apps
● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for Balance Grille
