We’re looking for Line Cooks, aka Samurais, who are dependable, work well under pressure,
and want more than just another restaurant job.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Samurai, you’ll learn multiple stations and become an essential part of our kitchen team.
Cook proteins, rice, and noodles with speed and consistency
Work across stations including grill, wok, and cook line
Build bowls and tacos according to Balance Grille recipes and standards
Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe
Assist with prep, dishwashing, and station rotation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Work as a team to keep service running smoothly
Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude every shift
PAY & SCHEDULE
Starting at $13/hr base + $2/hr for open availability = $15/hr
