We’re looking for full-time team members who are ready to jump into the kitchen, learn the ropes, and grow with us. This entry-level Samurai role is perfect for those with strong work ethic, kitchen curiosity, and the drive to earn more by learning more.
What You'll Do:
- Master our grill, woks, and cookline as a Samurai
- Cook proteins, rice, and noodles to spec
- Assemble bowls and tacos quickly and precisely
- Keep your station clean, organized, and safe
- Wash dishes and rotate ingredients as needed
- Follow all food safety and prep protocols
- Represent Balance inside and outside of work as a Brand Advocate
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time with open availability (schedules posted 2 weeks in advance)
- Starting at $15/hr (based on your current training and availability)
- Learn more, earn more — each additional role adds a raise
- Top team members earn $23+/hr by completing all positions
