We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. As a Sauté Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to delight our customers.
Job responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
· Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent dining experiences
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in a restaurant setting
· Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
· Ability to prepare food to all recipe standards
· Experience in food handling and preparation
· Knowledge of food service industry standards
· Understanding of food safety practices
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Flexibility to work any shifts, including evenings and weekends
· Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds
