The plan includes a safe harbor Company matching contribution of dollar-for-dollar on the first 3% of deferred pay and $0.50 on the dollar for the next 2% of deferred pay, in accordance with plan terms and applicable IRS limits. The EAP offers confidential counseling services, work-life support, legal and financial consultation resources, and referral services for employees and eligible household members.Eligibility for $15,000 company-paid life insurance benefit (first of the month after 30 days of employment - coverage levels are subject to reductions as you enter higher age brackets, in accordance with carrier guidelines.   • You must have a valid Driver License for at least 2 years
  • You must have a satisfactory driving history (based on review of state records)
  • You must have a satisfactory criminal history and pass child abuse history checks 
  • You must take and pass initial and routine driver physical
  • You must participate in and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing programs throughout employment.
