Manthey Hospitality is hiring Server Assistant to support polished, attentive service, premier dining experiences for the launch of Nashville Riverboats.

Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Set and reset dining areas, including tables, menus, and décor
- Keep dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas clean and organized
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
- Clear tables and restock supplies during service
- Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Follow all health, sanitation, and vessel safety procedures
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Work closely with the crew to ensure a seamless guest experience
What You Bring
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working aboard a moving vessel
- Ability to carry service items (up to 50 lbs) and navigate stairs safely
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
- Ability to work 2–5 hour cruises, with occasional shifts up to 12 hours
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
