Park Lights Hospitality (PLH) is seeking motivated, hospitality-driven Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential to delivering seamless service by ensuring servers are set up for success and guests experience a smooth, well-paced meal. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant support role preferred (server assistant, food runner, busser)
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Professional demeanor and commitment to hospitality standards
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18+ years old to be considered

Key Responsibilities

Support servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables efficiently
Run food and assist with delivering items accurately and promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
Refill water, bread, and other table necessities as needed
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen team to support service flow
Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards
Anticipate guest and team needs to ensure a smooth and elevated dining experience
