Salary is $35-50/hr * tips are included in this salary.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the importance of fast, efficient and friendly service, 100% Guest Satisfaction
  • Taking pride in his/her appearance while adhering to Weathervane Seafoods’ Dress Code
  • Showing excitement and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrating great salesmanship
  • Using the POS system effectively
  • Complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
  • Cash handling
  • Exhibiting teamwork

Qualifications:
  • Some High School
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred, but willing.
  • Must be at least 17 years old 
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Commitment to 100% Guest Satisfaction
