We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests’ experiences.
Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract guests.
Responsibilities
- Support service staff by setting up the restaurant which involves moving furniture, polishing glasses, cleaning, and setting up the table and side stations.
- Approaches guests and welcomes them upon arrival.
- Have complete knowledge of our food and drink menu. Use revenue-generating techniques by recommending our signature dishes, favorite cocktails, and desserts.
- Record drink and food orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
- Deliver food & drinks at correct tables and seat numbers quickly. Make sure to check dishes to ensure the quality and presentation meet our standards before taking them to the tables. Explain dishes to the guest in a friendly and polite manner.
- Ensure all guests on our site have the best experience possible.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
- Refill and replenish napkins, condiments, beverages, utensils, and dishes as needed.
- Communicate any issues with food service or dining issues to the Managers in a timely manner.
- Completes all running, opening, and closing side work.
