Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken is looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Shift Leader. The shift leader is responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager run a successful shift.
Duties:
- Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart)
- Hourly walks throughout the restaurant that includes touching tables and interacting with customers.
- Completing daily paperwork.
- Ensure that all material needed is available and in stock at all times.
- Making sure that the best experience possible is provided to our customers.
- Communicating to the General Manager of any problems or needs for the store.
- Opening, closing and side duties.
