Responsibilities for Restaurant Shift Lead / Assistant Manager:
- Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues
- Training and motivating team members
- Preparation of products
- Maintaining quality of product
- Monitoring all service of equipment
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards)
- Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory levels
- Preparing/making/transporting deposits, preparing proposed labor schedules, product projections
The Restaurant Shift Lead / Assistant Manager ideal candidate must:
- Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
- Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
- Recognize that Attendance and Punctuality is a must
- Be able to operate computer systems.
- Possess basic Math skills
- Complete training certification
- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Be a team player
- Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction - recognize that the customer is #1
- Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of your restaurant
