Job Summary
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional hospitality
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Accurately and efficiently check out guests
- Ensure that guests receive only the highest quality products from our kitchen
- Collaborate with coworkers to provide a best-in-class experience for our guests
- Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant during shifts
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and availability on weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage a shift
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Experience with addressing customer complaints
- Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
