Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Help train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards.
Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Help implement new ideas and techniques to enhance the dining experience.

Skills

Proven experience in food service management within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience managing a dietary department is a plus.
