Shop Manager - Lancaster

• Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Resolve issues in real-time and proactively identify potential problems.
• Conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, development, and termination of team members.
• Train staff on light-duty maintenance for customers’ vehicles.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment for staff.
• Partner with the Area Manager to set goals and review performance.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Manage customer relations and maintain accurate inventory.
• Handle cash management and daily bank deposits.
• Create weekly schedules and manage labor.
• Monitor and track shop performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check is necessary.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
