As a VA State Inspector & Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe and road-ready. Your responsibilities will include:
VA State Inspector Duties:
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with VA state regulations.
Complete necessary paperwork and certifications for inspection.
Identify and communicate any issues that may require further attention.
Lube Technician Duties:
Efficiently drain and replace oil in vehicles.
Top off essential fluids, including brake, power steering, and windshield wiper.
Confidently educate, recommend, and install air filters, oil filters, and windshield wipers.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Requirements:
Must possess either a current and valid VA State Inspector license or be eligible to become an inspector.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Valid driver's license is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment).
Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
Reliable transportation is necessary.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
