What you will do:
- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Be knowledgeable of wine selections to provide customers with recommendations.
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
- Stock, clean and dust the wine department and grocery shelves, etc.
- Maintain back stock in good order.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What you will bring:
- Previous Sommelier, wine sales, grocery clerk or stocking experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to consistently lift 35 - 50 lbs, unaided.
