About The Role
Our Store Managers are key to our success. In partnership with the General Manager, you will support daily restaurant operations, lead team members during shifts, and help create a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and staff. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on the floor, keeping service smooth and standards high.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Lead, coach, and support team members during shifts
- Take ownership of the in-store guest experience
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Support inventory, ordering, and daily operations
- Jump in wherever needed, front or back of house
- Stay adaptable and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
- Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience is required
- Experience working both front-of-house and back-of-house
- Familiarity with POS systems and staff scheduling is required
- Strong leadership skills with a team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions under pressure
- Hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
