The Team Lead position can be a stepping stone that leads to our management opportunities! Tidal Wave Auto Spa offers competitive pay along with a monthly commission and there is immense potential for professional growth.
Compensation: $13 per hour with potential for pay increases as experience is gained.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Team Lead is responsible for upholding Tidal Wave’s high standards, leading by example, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business are efficient and effective. As a problem solver, the Team Lead will be the go-to for fellow employees and will assist in deciding the necessary steps to accomplish the goals of the location.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- A keyholder responsible for opening or closing the facility.
- Provide friendly, and enthusiastic customer service.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Wash club.
- Prep vehicle before washing.
- Safely guide customers onto wash conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance, pressure washing, etc.
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
