The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a positive attitude, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Front of House Employee, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring that they have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter and assist them with menu selections
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries about the menu, pricing, and ingredients
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Ensure that the dining area is clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with stocking supplies and inventory management
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
