Job Summary:
As a Team Member in Phones and Dispatch, you will be responsible for:
- Taking delivery orders over the phone
- Prepping delivery materials
- Coordinating delivery drivers
- Packing orders for delivery and pickup
- Ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Most shifts are from either 11am-4pm or 4pm-10pm.
Job Requirements:
- Availability for 20+ hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in food service or delivery is a plus
