Job Description

Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken is looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager running a successful shift, ensure that all customers have a satisfactory experience as well as placing product orders, and assisting with the schedule.

Duties:

Ensure that all team members are on task
Train new hires
Ensure the shift is adequately staffed
Resolve issues with customers, approving of the use of coupons
Be responsible for the closing of registers, labor and the store.
Place product orders,weekly/monthly inventory, and assisting with schedule.
