The Role: Bartender
We’re looking for an outgoing, service-driven Bartender who can mix killer cocktails, engage guests with authenticity, and keep the bar running like a well-oiled (and tequila-fueled) machine.
What You’ll Do
- Serve up delicious drinks with flair and precision
- Keep guests entertained, informed, and taken care of from first pour to last sip
- Mix, pour, and garnish drinks for both bar guests and the service well
- Own your bar setup and takedown like a pro
- Share upcoming promotions and events with enthusiasm
- Handle payments quickly and accurately
- Support your team and contribute to a fun, high-energy culture
What You Bring
- 21+ with a natural gift for hospitality
- Alcohol Safety Certified (or willing to certify during training)
- Bartending experience is a big plus, but a great attitude is essential
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills
- Passion for cocktails, conversation, and customer satisfaction

Pay Range
$2.13–$7.25/hour + tips (translation: the better the service, the better the take-home)
