 Catering Lead
  • Coordinate/Organize Orders
    • Time/Date/Address/Calendar
    • White Board
      • Helps stores stay organized
    • Assign Drivers
      • Responsible for drivers available
      • Fill out form for outside drivers for payout
    • Maintain Van
      • Registration, 
  • Communication
    • Whatsapp
      • Prime contact, engage other managers to Whatsapp chat
      • Post orders night before
      • Work with stores to confirm orders with CSC
    • Inventory
      • Work with GM on store par levels for catering
      • Communicate what stores need
  • Operations
    • Delegate/Lead staff on order execution
    • Maintain Vehicles
    • Quality of Food
    • Punctuality
    • Prep
    • Pop-Up Support
    • Stickers/Labels
  • Scheduling
    • Open Availability***
    • Communicate days off with GM
    • Reports to GM on working at store
  • Leadership
    • Inclusion in Manager meetings
    • Provide sense of urgency on orders
    • Initiative
    • Support the Company
    • Take charge when managers aren’t there
