COMMERCIAL KITCHEN CLEANING - NYC 10024
EXPERIENCED AND OVERNIGHT Stewards for Kitchen Cleaning at NYC Restaurant (10024). 11pm to 8am
Detail clean and prepare the kitchen Hot Lines for the next day's service.
Compensation: $17.00 Hourly
KITCHEN CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Scope of work includes:
- Clean and sanitize the front and top surfaces throughout the kitchen - prep tables, equipment, etc.
- Clean the interior and exterior of all ovens and stove tops
- Clean of the grills and flat top/plancha
- Clean the range hood inside and out
- Remove and clean the hood filters
- Wipe down and clean all wall surfaces and walk-in doors
- Exterior and interior of all sinks, floor drains and floor sinks
- Scrub and rinse all floors
- Remove any remaining garbage
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to lift trash bags 35-50 pounds
- Must be able to work the OVERNIGHT hours stated
