What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare fresh, high-quality food to order – no microwaves here!
- Cook chicken, sides, and other menu items to exact Slim Chickens standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Work closely with your team to deliver fast, accurate orders
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality throughout the shift
- Move with urgency and stay cool under pressure – especially during peak times
- Follow procedures for portion control, waste reduction, and prep efficiency
- Take pride in your station and own the food that goes out to our Guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right people
- Willingness to learn, hustle, and work as part of a fast-moving team
- Attention to detail and pride in getting food right
- Dependable, positive, and ready to work with urgency
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment on your feet
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness and safety
