Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and portion standards
- Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food is cooked, stored, and served safely according to food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- Assist with prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and portioning sauces
- Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Follow proper procedures for cleaning equipment and surfaces
- Support teammates during busy periods and help with closing duties
