Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen line during service to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and portion standards
- Supervise and train kitchen team members on prep, line operations, and food safety practices
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and ticket times
- Assist with daily prep tasks, inventory tracking, and station setup
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and fellow kitchen team members
- Step in to cover any kitchen station as needed
