Position: Customer Service Shift Lead (Dragon Elite)

As a Dragon BA, you’re the face of the Balance experience — welcoming every guest with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for great food. You’ll be the first impression and the lasting memory for our guests, helping us deliver exceptional service and build community through food.

What You'll Do: 
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Engage every customer with a friendly, professional attitude that reflects the Balance brand. 
  • Be a Menu Expert: Understand our full menu, including ingredients, allergens, dietary accommodations, and flavor profiles — and be ready to explain them clearly. 
  • Ensure Order Accuracy: Double-check every order before it goes out, ensuring quality and consistency. 
  • Drive Sales Through Knowledge & Enthusiasm: Recommend menu items confidently and suggest upgrades or add-ons when appropriate. 
  • Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Keep all areas — front-of-house, beverage stations, coolers, floors, and guest spaces — clean, organized, and up to health code standards. 
  • Support Smooth Operations: Help with restocking, FIFO inventory practices, and safe food storage.
