Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza, you play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist customers with their orders, answer inquiries, and ensure the efficient operation of the store. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with orders in person, over the phone, or through the online platform.
  • Take accurate orders, suggest menu items, and offer promotions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
  • Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the dining and kitchen areas.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating them to management when necessary.
  • Assist with inventory management, such as restocking supplies and checking product freshness.
  • Support delivery drivers by organizing orders and ensuring accuracy.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 17 years old. (Age requirements may vary based on local laws or store policies.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating orders.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Domino's products and menu.
