Park Lights Hospitality (PLH) is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Hosts to join our front-of-house team. This role is the first and last impression of our restaurants and is critical to delivering a welcoming, organized, and memorable guest experience. If you are personable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

Prior experience as a host or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, warm demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to remain calm, organized, and courteous during high-volume service
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly, setting the tone for the dining experience
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table flow with accuracy and efficiency
Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times and seating options
Coordinate closely with servers, managers, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area at all times
Uphold all service standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Anticipate guest needs and support the front-of-house team as needed
