We are looking for someone who will hold this standard high as our juicer is the one who prepares our amazing cold pressed juices! We use fresh ingredients in all of our juices and never compromise on quality. The juicer is the backbone of our store, they put the Squeeze in Main Squeeze!
As the MSJC Juicer we look to you to understand the process of creating our juices and to maintain consistency in cleanliness and scheduling. You will have one on one training where we will teach you everything you need to know about our juice machine and how we make our juices so amazing. Once you have completed training you get to self-manage your hours, productivity, and store inventory. As you progress with our company there will be plenty of opportunity for advancement in pay.

- Ability to self manage your time in order to keep up with our juicing schedule.

Here are a few requirements to be a Main Squeeze Juicer:
- Take online training courses and have an understanding of our policies and procedures.
- Learn and understand how to use and maintain the juice machine and learn our recipes and processes.
- Maintain a clean,sanitized, and organized workstation at all times.
- Follow health and safety procedures closely to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding fresh and cold pressed juice production.
- Obtain your certification and maintain your certification as a Food Handler (see the General Manager for voucher).
- Work independently and efficiently to achieve production goals set by the General Manager.
- Be able to lift 20 - 30 pounds, push/pull, and stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to operate heavy machinery without supervision, and in a safe manner.
- Implement basic knife skills and safety when preparing produce.
- Conduct daily inventory counts of produce and report to the General Manager.
- Ensure that all food and products are high quality and prepared/served following set standards prescribed by the MSJC system.
- Have a source of reliable transportation.
