We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our management team and help us maintain our high standards.

Position Overview:

As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our cafe. Your responsibilities will include assisting in staff management, ensuring efficient service delivery, and upholding the quality of our food and beverages. This position demands strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the cafe following established procedures.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members to ensure exceptional service.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and assist with supply ordering as necessary.
  • Handle cash and maintain accurate financial records during shifts.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
